SUNCHILD FRENCH BRAND is committed to shipping your order from the warehouse within 2 days of payment, Monday to Friday.
You will receive an email confirming your order delivered to your home by Colissimo.

Shipping costs France: €9.60 incl. VAT Free delivery for orders over €149
Shipping costs Europe: €16 incl. VAT
Outside Europe, United States & United Kingdom: €40 incl. VAT. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Outside Europe other than the United States & United Kingdom: €50 including tax. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Indicative delivery time:
France & EU: between 2 and 6 working days
Outside France & EU: approximately 10 working days

You have the right to cancel your purchase without penalty and without giving any reason in accordance with French law. However, if you decide to cancel your purchase, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of Sunchild products.

To cancel your purchase:
- You must inform us within 14 calendar days following the day of receipt of the product(s).
- We strongly recommend that you return the goods to us unused, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging.
